“It feels good to hand over the leadership of a well-performing company, and I have great trust in Mika. I am proud of our organization’s achievements and the fact that we have reached this point. The company’s future looks bright,” says Lång.
“It is a pleasure to continue in this great company in an even more responsible role alongside a skilled team. The position brings new and interesting challenges, which I have already had the chance to familiarize myself with while working for years as Peter’s colleague,” Halvorsen describes his feelings.
Both agree that the employees are the foundation of a thriving and growing company. “The entire staff has been key to the company’s success—without them, there would be no baton to pass forward.”
