Working with us
KWH Freeze is a growing and stable family-owned logistics company located in Vantaa. Established in 1965, KWH Freeze is Finland’s undisputed largest player in the storage of frozen foods. KWH Freeze’s success is based on a skilled and motivated workforce; we encourage everyone to become multi-skilled in logistics. We already have over 150 logistics professionals in-house—would you like to join us?
Logistics Workers
The most significant group of employees at KWH Freeze consists of logistics workers who are involved in various tasks, including receiving goods, operating forklifts, picking, shipping, loading, driving tow tractors, and providing value-added services such as repackaging products, palletizing, and labeling according to customer needs.
Temporary Workers and Interns
Every year, we hire employees for various lengths of employment contracts during the season and to cover summer vacations between March and September.
We are happy to offer jobs, for example, to logistics students who can utilize their work experience as part of their internship requirements.
Staff and Supervisors
KWH Freeze has a small group of office staff and supervisory roles. The turnover in these positions is quite low, so openings arise infrequently. We usually announce any potentially available office positions on a case-by-case basis. However, you are welcome to send us open applications for future opportunities if you believe you have something special to offer.
